Arabian Co. for Agricultural Industrial Investments (Entaj) issued today, Jan. 30, the prospectus to float 9M shares onthe Main Market (TASI).
The shares offered represent 30%ofthe company’s 300 millionshare capital, divided into 30 million shares, with a nominal value of SAR 10 per share.
The IPO price will be determined after the book-building process.
