Confirmed investments in Aseer Region has reached almost SAR billion, with SAR 20 billion worth of additional investments still in the pipeline, stated Hashem Al-Dabbagh, Acting CEO of Aseer Development Authority (ASDA), on the sidelines of the Real Estate Future Form. 
All these investments come from the private sector, reflecting strong confidence in the region’s investment potential.
However, this does not include investments from the Public Investment Fund (PIF) in Aseer, the volume of which is akin to the private sector.
Total investments in Aseer, including both private sector and PIF investments, range between SAR 50 billion and SAR 60 billion.
Al-Dabbagh highlighted that Aseer’s investment sector continues to outperform all key indicators annually.
