The National Housing Co. (NHC) will, within a few months, reach its initial goal of delivering over 300,000 housing units before the end of 2025, said CEO Mohammad Albuty. 
These units will be spread across 17 different locations in Saudi Arabia and will accommodate more than one million residents, he added.
Speaking at the Real Estate Future Forum, Albuty highlighted the importance of the digital transformation in the company’s operations since inception. “NHC’s digital platforms undertook transactions worth SAR 250 billion in 2024, including sales, rentals, or property segmentation.”
He also indicated that 10 digital platforms were developed, serving over 20 million clients, with more than 50 million transactions completed annually.
