The company indicated that the delay from the date previously announced was due to the redesign of the mechanism for transferring frozen and chilled raw materials from storage warehouses to the production hall, in compliance with the standards set by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) to prevent contamination, as well as the addition of supplementary equipment in production and packaging lines.

It mentioned that a sum of SAR 2.3 million was added to the project cost due to the amendments done to the project, noting that there is no impact from the delay on its financial results.
