The company’s board approved the project in December 2022. It converted a planned medical center in Riyadh’s Al Hamra district into a full-fledged hospital with 90 beds.
The estimated investment was SAR 539 million, according to Argaam’s data.
Most recently, the group secured the final license from the Ministry of Health. The approval for Al Hamra Hospital was issued on Jan. 17, 2025.
