Kingdom Holding Co. (KHC) announced today, Jan. 20, the official restart of construction and concrete pouring for the Jeddah Tower. 
The company said in a post on X that Jeddah Economic Co. (JEC) is overseeing the project in partnership with global architectural firm Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, along with engineering experts from Thornton Tomasetti and Langan International.

The tower will feature luxury residential units, commercial spaces, a Four Seasons Hotel, and an observation deck, offering views of Jeddah and the Red Sea.
