Saudi Top for Trading Co.completed the construction work at its West Coast Factory and announced plans to start trial operations in Q1 2025, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The factory will begin receiving raw material supplies, including polymer scrap, rubber, and industrial wax from Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Co. (Petro Rabigh).
In December 2022, Saudi Top announced a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between one of its factories and Petro Rabigh to invest in establishing a plant worth approximately SAR 100 million, Argaamearlier reported.
The factory was set to produce 50,000 tons annually of polymers, rubber, and industrial waxes at the Rabigh Plastics Technology Complex.
