City Cement Co. signed a natural gas supply agreement with Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco), aligning with the Transformational Liquid Displacement Program, according to a statement to Tadawul. 
The agreement also falls within the efforts led by the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources to achieve the program’s objectives.

The transition from liquid fuel to natural gas will contribute to reducing emissions associated with the company’s production processes and enhancing the reliability of its operations, City Cement said.
