In an interview with Argaam, Al-Razqi said this is achieved through replacing a fixed rate of domestic workers with varying percentages depending on the company’s capacity and expansion plans.

He added that this positive move seeks to encourage companies to focus on improving service quality while meeting client needs.

Companies with 15,000 workers or more, no percentage is applied, the spokesperson said, noting that this shift in rates gives companies greater flexibility to enhance their operations and services.

The decision emphasizes performance quality and aims to enhance the role of companies in regulating the domestic labor market, Al-Razqi said.

He indicated that the services provided to individual employers vary based on the packages offered by such companies, whether through providing services on an hourly basis or through short and long-term contracts, in line with client preferences.

The decision will affect the variety of services offered to clients through these companies, Al-Razqi concluded.
