Almoosa Health Co. shares traded between SAR 139.60 and SAR 165 during their debut session on the Main Market (TASI) today, Jan. 7.

Nearly 4.5 million shares worth SAR 700 million have been traded through 35,000 transactions so far.

Almoosa Health made its TASI debut today, under the trading symbol 4018 and ISIN code SA1661VHUP11.

For the first three days of listing, the stock will trade with daily and static price fluctuation limits of +/- 30% and +/- 10%, respectively.

Starting from the fourth trading day, the daily price fluctuation limits will be adjusted to +/- 10%, while the static limits will no longer apply.

Almoosa Health offered 13.29 million shares, or 30% of its capital, at SAR 127 each. The company allocated 80% of the shares on offer to participating categories, while the remaining 20% was set aside for retail investors.

The retail offering was 408.7% covered, with total proceeds of SAR 1.4 billion. The order book was nearly 103x oversubscribed.

The company allocated a minimum of six shares per retail subscriber. Rump shares were distributed on a pro rata basis of 3.33%.
