The stock will trade in the first three days with daily price fluctuation limit of +/-30% and +/-10% static price fluctuation limits, Tadawul said in a statement.

From the fourth trading day onwards, the daily price fluctuation limits will revert to +/-10%, while the static price fluctuation limits will no longer apply.

On the other hand, the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) deposited today, Jan. 7, the subscribed shares of Nice One into shareholder accounts.

Nice One offered 34.65 million shares, or 30% of its post-IPO capital. The company allocated 90% of the shares on offer to participating categories, while the remaining 10% was set aside for retail investors.

During the retail offering, which took place during Dec. 24-25, 2024, 418,120 investors subscribed to the company’s IPO shares at a final price of SAR 35 apiece, with total retail requests of nearly SAR 908 million. A minimum of eight shares were allocated to each investor.

Institutional investors’ IPO was 139.4x oversubscribed.
