SABIC Agri-Nutrients Co. (SABIC AN) announced an update to its methodology for disclosing board of directors’ decisions on interim dividend payments, effective from 2025, subject to approval by the ordinary general meeting (OGM). 
In a statement on Tadawul, SABIC AN said decisions regarding interim dividends for the first half will be announced after the approval of the financial results for the second quarter of the same fiscal year. Similarly, interim dividends for the second half will be disclosed after the approval of the annual financial results for the same fiscal year.

The company explained that this step is part of the board’s efforts to enhance shareholder value, in line with SABIC AN’s financial performance.
According to data available on Argaam, SABIC AN announced the distribution of its H1 2024 dividends on May 30, 2024, with payments made on July 22, 2024.
It also announced the H2 2024 dividends today, Dec. 22, 2024, with payments scheduled for Feb. 17, 2025, bringing the total dividends to SAR 6 per share.
