In a statement on Tadawul, SABIC said decisions regarding interim dividends for the first half will be announced after the approval of the financial results for the second quarter of the same fiscal year. Similarly, interim dividends for the second half will be disclosed after the approval of the annual financial results for the same fiscal year. 
The company explained that this step is part of the board’s efforts to enhance shareholder value in line with SABIC’s financial performance.
According to data available on Argaam SABIC announced the distribution of its H1 2024 dividends on May 21, 2024, with payments made on Sept. 24, 2024.
It also announced the H2 2023 dividends today, Dec. 22, 2024, with payments scheduled for March 4, 2025, bringing the total dividends to SAR 3.4 per share.
