‎SPPC files for CMA approval on capital hike

Saudi Printing and Packaging Co. (SPPC) submitted, on Dec. 21, a request for the approval of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) on the capital increase, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The Company will increase capital by converting the outstanding debts owed to Alinma Bank, amounting to SAR 73.67 million.

Any relative updates will be duly revealed in line with the applicable regulations, the statement added.
