Alkhaleej Training and Education Co. completed the issuance of licenses for Rawad Al-Khaleej Schools Complex in Al-Mubarraz City in Al-Hofuf, Al-Ahsa, to start operating as of the academic year 2024-2025.

The complex is wholly owned by Abdul Aziz Al Rashid (a related party), with Alkhaleej Training being the operator, according to a statement to Tadawul today, Dec. 16.

The company also indicated that the new educational complex adopts the national and international curricula for kindergarten, primary, intermediate, and secondary stages for boys, girls, and those seeking special education.

Its operation and opening are deemed part of the company’s plan to further expand into the education sector, as the complex’s capacity is approximately 2,000 students.

About 750 male and female students were enrolled in the first academic year of the educational complex’s operation.

The company added that the relevant financial impact of the new addition will reflect on its financial results starting from Q4 2024.
