Saudi Arabia’s exports of chemical industry and related products rose by 4% year-on-year (YoY) to nearly SAR 6.57 billion in September.

Compared to August 2024, the chemical exports decreased by SAR 591.7 million, or 8%.

The exports of chemical industry and related products represented 25% of September’s SAR 26 billion non-oil exports,as shown in the following table:

India topped the list of chemical product importers from Saudi Arabia with nearly SAR 1.21 billion, accounting for 18% of the total exports of chemical products in September. China followed with 12%, as shown in the table below:

Chemical imports accounted for 10% of the total imports of SAR 69.9 billion,as shown in the following table:
