In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the delay is due to the external auditor not yet completing its review. 
The company stated that, due to the expiration of the statutory deadline for publishing the financial statements and in accordance with subparagraph (1) of paragraph (c) of Article 36 of the Listing Rules, trading in the stock will remain suspended until the financial statements are published.
The company will provide monthly updates on the delay in releasing the financial results and will make immediate disclosures in the event of any significant developments.

The stock has been suspended from July 30, 2024, and this will continue until the preliminary financials for the period ended June 30, 2024, are published.
