Ghida Al-Sultan Co. received on Dec. 11 a notice from the MEFIC Private Equity Opportunities Fund, which holds its stake through the Second Private Opportunities Trading Co., regarding the transfer of shares.

The shares were moved to the personal portfolios of the fund’s investors based on their current ownership stakes, Ghida Al-Sultan said in a statement to Tadawul.

The Second Private Opportunities Trading Co., a major shareholder with a 24% stake in Ghida Al-Sultan, will no longer be listed among the company’s direct major shareholders on the Tadawul website following the transfer, the statement added.
