Intelligent Oud Company for Trading’s (iOUD) board of directors approved last Thursday, Dec. 12, the establishment of a new production line dedicated to manufacturing cleaning and household products. This new line will leverage the company’s expertise in aromatic raw materials.

The company added in a statement on Tadawul that the new production line will have a production capacity of 2,100 tons annually.

This new production line is projected to contribute an additional SAR 8 million to revenue in 2025 and SAR 14 million annually thereafter.

The project targets expanding the company’s product range to include new categories of consumer household products, emphasizing excellence and high quality.

Additionally, this expansion will strengthen the company’s position in the local and regional markets by offering products that cater to daily consumer needs.

The new production line aligns with the company’s growth strategy by diversifying its product range to meet the increasing demand for high-quality household products, benefiting from its industrial and logistical structure without significant additional costs.

iOUD expects the new production line to be fully operational by Q1 2025, with a positive financial impact visible from H1 2025 onwards.
