Yousef Barkawie, Deloitte’s AI Data Analytics Offering in the ME, said that more than 50% of the company’s corporate clients expect artificial intelligence (AI) to transform the way they manage their businesses.

In an interview with Argaam, Barkawie added that AI adoption levels are extremely high and advancing rapidly, expecting many companies to see their business models completely changed within three years.

Over 80% of the company’s surveyed clients plan to boost their AI investments, he explained, affirming that the AI investments seen in the past two years are just the beginning.

Organizations can achieve efficiency gains of over 30%, which translates into saving a massive number of work hours, allowing employees to shift their focus from routine daily tasks to more valuable, productive, and impactful activities.

He also noted that the industries benefiting the most from AI-driven efficiency gains are those using document processing and report analysis.
