Perfect Presentation Co. for Commercial Services Co. (2P) won today, March 2, a SAR 38.4 million project (VAT inclusive) to provide managed information technology (IT) services project for the general administration of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance’s (MOIA) systems and its branches. 
The project contract is expected to be signed on June 1, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

The scope of work entails the provision of managed IT services across all the ministry’s units, ensuring fast and seamless operations. These services cover a wide range of technical and operational aspects, including IT project management, data center management, and the operation and management of technical assets, properties, and databases.
In addition, 2P will oversee MOIA’s servers and operating systems, while managing its virtual environment devices (VMware).
This is besides the operation and management of the ministry’s internal and external networks, link circuits, Microsoft applications, and email services. The company will also execute business analysis, system and software development, while undertaking the design and development of smart applications, along with technical awareness and media services.
Furthermore, the project scope extends to managing MOIA’s nternal and external portals, ensuring quality management, while also overseeing the digital transformation process. Other key focus areas include implementing business intelligence systems and providing comprehensive technical support.
This project is slated to have a positive financial impact on 2P’s performance for 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028.
