Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) won a project for the outsourcing the operations of the contact center for the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) valued at SAR 100 million, excluding VAT.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the project includes establishing and fully equipping several contact center premises across the Kingdom with infrastructure and technology, providing technology solutions, technical support, and development services.

Additionally, 2P will provide the recruitment and training of human resources of the centers, as well as manage the centers’ operational and management processes.

The contract was awarded on Sept. 21, 2025, but is expected to be signed on Feb. 2, 2026.

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement said.
