In a Tadawul filing, the company said the five-year contract covers operations, maintenance, and technical support to ensure service continuity and optimal use of digital health systems in the Eastern Province.
The scope includes servers, storage, archiving, infrastructure (servers, networks, PBX, switches, backups), applications, SLA-based services, software licensing, network upgrades, and support for administrative buildings, data centers, and King Fahd Specialist Hospital in Dammam.
2P said the contract will positively impact financial results from 2025 to 2030 adding that there are no related parties to deal.
