Al-Amthal plans to transfer 68.46 million shares, or 20.74% of 2P’s share capital
Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P)received, on Nov. 26, a letter from a major shareholder, Al-Amthal for Business and Commercial Investment Co., indicating its intention to transfer its shares in 2P. 
Al-Amthal plans to transfer 68.46 million shares, or 20.74% of 2P’s share capital, to deposit the shares in the investment portfolios of the company’s owners and some related parties, 2P said in a statement to Tadawul.
The transaction will be completed upon the fulfillment of all regulatory requirements of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and other relevant regulatory bodies.
The move will result in changes to the list of 2P’s major shareholders, the statement added.
