Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) signed, on March 27, a contract for the project operation and maintenance of technical systems for Zones 1 and 5 of the Sports Boulevard Project, under a framework agreement with a financial ceiling of nearly SAR 20 million, including VAT.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the contract is valid for 36 months, with the financial impact to be realized in 2025 through 2028.

The project aims to provide a detailed 24/7 maintenance and operation plan for seven essential systems and network infrastructures in Zones 1 and 5 of the project.
The systems covered by the agreement are:
• Public Address and Voice Alarm (PAVA) System
• Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) Systems
• Access Control System
• Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System
• Wayfinding Systems
• Lighting Control System
• Pavegen System (or Step Energy Generation System)
Deliverables of the project include:
• Ensuring the continuous operation of technological systems such as (CCTV, PAVA, AccessControl, SCADA, and lighting systems) and other Technologies for SBF.
• Enhancing security and operational efficiency through preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Effective oversight and management of all systems to ensure their longevity and performance.
• Providing ongoing technical support for users and ensuring compliance with technical and security standards.
Establishing a flexible and adaptable technical framework that can be modified and developed in line with technological advancements.
The agreement was received by the company on April 7, 2025, with no related parties are included in the deal, the statement added
