Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) signed, on May 19, a contract for the operation of the Unified Contact Center project for National Water Co. (NWC) – Voice Channels, with a total value of SAR 66.63 million, including VAT. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the three-year contract entails providing specialized services to establish and operate the unified call center – voice interactions at NWC, including the scope establishing at the contact center premises, people hiring and management, managing the operations of the contact center, and providing the technical solutions and platforms.

The contract is expected to have a positive financial effect during 2025, 2026 and 2027.
