Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) won a SAR 89.7 million tender (VAT inclusive) for managed services for infrastructure, information security, applications, and cybersecurity with the Agricultural Development Fund (ADF). 
In a statement to Tadawul, 2P indicated that the project, which involved no related parties was awarded today, Oct. 20. The related financial impact will be reflected positively from 2026 to 2029.
The scope of this project includes the delivery, management, and development of a wide range of quantitative and qualitative services, as follows:

Ensuring Service Continuity Efficiency
Committing to the highest levels of efficiency and performance in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) to ensure uninterrupted operation of all services and systems.
Provision of Technical Staff
Supplying all qualified manpower necessary to ensure the continuous operation of services and activities.
Maintenance and Development of Existing New Systems
Performing all maintenance, operation, and development tasks required for the current IT and cybersecurity systems, networks, and applications, as well as for any new systems, networks, software, or applications that may be introduced in the future.
Development of Human Capital
Focusing on enhancing the skills and capabilities of the ADF’s national workforce, as a key pillar for achieving the project’s objectives.
Knowledge Transfer
Working to improve the technical and technological efficiency of national personnel and facilitate knowledge transfer to enable them to keep pace with rapid developments in the IT field.
