Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) won today, Dec. 15, a contract worth SAR62.65 million (VAT inclusive) to operate the unified call center and provide supporting operations at the Ministry of Investment.

The company expects the contract to be signed on Feb. 15, 2025, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The contract is expected to have a positive impact on 2P’s financials through 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028. No related parties are involved in the deal, the statement added.

The contract involves providing specialized services to support and operate the unified call center and related operations at the Ministry of Investment. This includes call answering and receiving, operational support, quality assurance, and guidance for the call center.

Additionally, it covers the provision of technical systems for both the call center and its supporting infrastructure, as well as the recruitment and training of personnel to manage the project.
